A spring tune-up for your soil and lawn. An all-organic bio-nutrient liquid formulation. Our Greenr air8 bio-nutrient consists of 8 core ingredients that will contribute to overall soil health. Here are our (secret) ingredients…kelp extract, soy protein hydrolysates, organic liquid carbon (humic & fulvic acids), beneficial soil microbes (diverse mix of bacteria & yeast), potassium hydroxide, yucca, and molasses. Together, these ingredients will inhabit, stimulate, and sustain a healthy soil microbiome, creating an environment to grow beautiful grass.

To fortify the lawn through the heat of the summer, we use an all-organic liquid formulation consisting of kelp extract, humic & fulvic acids, amino acids, yucca & molasses. This will provide increased drought tolerance for your lawn.

Lawn over-seeding
We love a thick, lush lawn. We hope that you do, too.
If your lawn is thin and needs filling in, we have golf course-grade grass seed that is perfect for our West Coast climate. Our custom Perennial Ryegrass and Turf Type Tall Fescue seed mix is as good as it gets. We also pre-germinate all our grass seeds for 24 hrs with a bio-nutrient booster powder designed to promote vigorous seed growth.
Fall applications are ideal, but the spring works, too, with proper watering.

Granular Compost Top Dressing
100% organic granular compost topdressing is an affordable and great way to add the value of traditional “soil” topdressing to your lawn. It will improve soil structure for better rooting and increase Microbial diversity and activity, allowing them to extract the nutrients needed for strong turf health. This application will add higher levels of organic matter to your lawn, which means less water usage and faster green-up. It reduces thatch naturally by increasing your turf’s resiliency to environmental stresses. It will improve overall soil health and turf establishment.

Grub-damaged lawn repairs
Your lawn will need to be repaired if crows and raccoons have damaged it because of a grub infestation.
1. The damaged areas must be cleaned up of debris,
2. Patches filled in with up to 1” of lawn topsoil.
3. Heavy over-seed areas with our premium grass seed mix, pregerminated with our bio-nutrient booster powder.
4. Top with peat moss to help retain moisture in the grass seeds.
These areas must then be watered regularly to keep the seeds moist until full
germination.
