We are confident that our earth-friendly natural & organic lawn care program works and are willing to guarantee it does. We stand behind our service.
If you are not happy, we are not happy, and we will do everything we can to make it right. Where appropriate, we will take immediate corrective actions, and if, in the end, you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
Please note that our program uses organic products that take time to produce sustainable and long-lasting results. This contrasts synthetic products, which can produce immediate, shorter-term results that ultimately harm the soil and plants.
Upfront simple pricing
We have an upfront, simple pricing structure. Our services are priced clearly by showing you the price for the first 1000 ft2, which is calculated per ft2 thereafter.
For example, our Love Your Lawn care program #1
is priced as follows:
Cost: $299 for the first 1000 ft2 of lawn area, then per ft2 thereafter. I.e., 2500 ft2 = $747.50 plus GST for the year

Lawn areas greater than 5000 ft2 are discounted by 10% & greater than 10,000 ft2 are discounted by a total of 20%.
Pre Pay for seasonal programs are discounted by 10%

There is no contract to sign. Just provide us with your digital approval of our quote, and then we will provide you with an invoice for payment. You may cancel your service with us anytime you wish, for any reason, without a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us by email at hello@littlegreenecolawns.com or by phone. Any prepaid amounts will be refunded within one week of cancellation.
Invoicing is provided by email. We currently have three payment options available.
INTERAC e-transfers, checks, or cash. Please submit INTERAC e-transfers to
hello@littlegreenecolawns.com
We offer a 10% discount when paying for your yearly service programs upfront.
Otherwise, payments are due before or at the time of service. Please confirm payment
arrangements if you want us to pick up cash or a cheque. If you want to leave a
cheque under your doormat on the day of service, just let us know.
* We do not provide payment terms or provide services for overdue accounts.

If we cannot take your call and you have to leave a message, we will try to get back to
you within two hours. You can also contact us or make changes to your service at
hello@littlegreenecolawns.com 24 hours a day.
Our business is built on dependability and reliability. We hear one complaint from
prospective customers about other companies not showing up to do the work. We build
our business through outstanding service, reliability, dependability, and affordability. If
you know of a friend or neighbour needing our services, please give us their name and
number, and we will introduce ourselves. If that person signs up for regular lawn care
services, we will give you a $25.00 credit for future services.
